Unacceptable!

We couldn’t stay there. It was unkept, stinky and we couldn’t even turn the lights on in the bathroom. My sister and I were hoping to stay there but after driving up a 3 mile dirt road we found an unkept building with no one there. We did not feel safe. The owner “met us up there and showed us the room after we waited 30 minutes.

Regarding your arrival at 15:30, check-in is from 16:00, and the host welcomed you promptly at that time. We’re sorry if the wait felt inconvenient. Additionally, while the room was thoroughly prepared and cleaned before your arrival, we later discovered a bathroom light bulb had burned out. This was promptly fixed, and we appreciate your understanding that such minor maintenance issues can occasionally occur.
