Our cozy guest apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is located in a quiet area overlooking an idyllic horse pasture. Wi-Fi is included. Shopping options are within walking distance, and the S-Bahn station is just 4 bus stops away—from there, you can get directly to Alexanderplatz in about 30 minutes. Perfect for a relaxing stay with great access to Berlin.

Room 1 sleeps up to 4 people and features a combined living and sleeping area.
Room 2 is ideal for 2 people.
Both rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare your own meals. The bathroom is well-maintained and is for your exclusive use.

Ich bin absolut kein Mensch, der kleinlich ist, aber diese Unterkunft war in vielerlei Hinsicht inakzeptabel. Schon der "Vorgarten" wirkte abschreckend: Müll, vertrocknete Pflanzen, leere Blumenkästen. Nichts davon vermittelte den Eindruck, hier sei jemand um Gäste bemüht. Im Treppenhaus empfing uns ein penetranter Geruch nach parfümiertem Katzenurin, der bis in die Wohnung zog. Ich habe selbst Katzen, aber das war schlicht widerlich. Obwohl ich dem Gastgeber im Voraus mitteilte, dass wir zu sechst sind, waren nur vier Betten bezogen. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, warf er mir vor, ihn nicht informiert zu haben, gestand dann aber, es vergessen zu haben. Den Gipfel erreichte er, als er ohne Rücksprache in unserer Abwesenheit die Unterkunft betrat (in der Sich bereits unser Gepack und Wertsachen befanden), um das Bettzeug zu hinterlassen. Ein klarer Vertrauensbruch. Die Ausstattung: Matratzen unbequem, Duschkopf defekt, Abflüsse schmutzig, Geschirr dreckig, überpinselte Fliesen, lieblos und billig renoviert. Saubere Wäsche hing tagelang bei Wind und Regen im Garten, wirkt wie vergessen. Alles schreit nach Gleichgültigkeit. Es gäbe zig einfache, kostenfreie Möglichkeiten, das Ambiente zu verbessern, aber man merkt: Es interessiert schlicht niemanden. Für eine Unterkunft, die Geld kostet, ist das beschämend. Jeder einzelne Mangel wäre noch zu verkraften, aber in Summe: kalt, ungepflegt, unwillkommen.
