The modern, 50 m² 3-room apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. It is located in the attic of the landlord's house and has a separate entrance.

The apartment is centrally located in the center of Müggelheim, a district of Köpenick. There's a bus station nearby. From there you can reach the city center of Berlin in about 50 minutes. Restaurants and cafés as well as 3 bakeries and 2 discounters are within walking distance.

The apartment was rebuilt in 2018. In the living room, the pull-out corner couch with a lying area of 1.4 x 2 m provides additional sleeping space for a 5. Person. In the 2 bedrooms, 2 individually standing box spring beds ensure a restful sleep. The built-in controlled ventilation system ensures a pleasant room climate and a peaceful sleep. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
All additional costs (taxes, electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels) are included. Free wifi access.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, von daher konnten wir leider von der Umgebung nicht viele Eindrücke mitnehmen, aber die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wirklich pikobelli sauber und die Einrichtung ist wirklich ansprechend. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und auch das Parken stellt kein Problem dar, weil sowohl vor dem Haus, als auch hinterm Haus Möglichkeiten bestehen. Toll war auch der Ausblick aufs Wasser. Wir würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.
