I tried to communicate with the host ahead of time and just before we arrived but never got responses. We arrived late and had to jump through a few hoops to get inside.The rest of our stay was great though. The room was very clean and the balcony was really nice at the end of the day. We had breakfast there each day and we never left hungry for sure. The food was great. The Hostess referred us to the Gondola and provided maps which was super nice. I did not know that we would be charged for breakfast each day but I may have missed that in the translation.
