The 35 m² accommodation features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, and accommodates up to 2 people. Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), a workspace for home office, and a TV.



The studio is located in a village with a restaurant and public transport just 50 metres away. Another restaurant is 250 metres away, and several supermarkets are also in the village. Jasmund National Park is 4 km away, Mukran Beach 5 km, and Glowe Beach 8 km from the property.



A parking space is available on the property, and there is also free street parking. Families with children aged 6 and older are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed on request for a fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. Please note that no extra bed can be provided. A secure bicycle storage area is available, but bicycles may not be taken into the holiday room.

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung, ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und total gemütlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pros: Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Hilfsbereit, flexibel, jederzeit erreichbar. Das Apartment ist gut gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen.
