The property is ideally located five minutes on foot from the river, perfect for swimming under the Roman Bridge depending on weather conditions and water level. The Nyonsoleïado water park is also just a five-minute walk away. Tennis and padel courts are accessible at the same distance. Additionally, the house is situated right in front of the castle, offering a magnificent view of the old town rooftops and the mountains.
The house is spread over three levels with stairs, in the heart of the old town. You can unload your car 15 meters from the house and park nearby, about a three-minute walk away, in a free car park. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Weekly markets take place on Thursdays and Sundays. Three free concerts per week are offered by the town hall. An electric vehicle charging station is available nearby.
