The house is new and the equipment is new (eco-construction). The living room opens onto a wooden terrace via a pocket bay.

Confortable dans la nature

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dan sucette jolie maisonnette confortable et avec une très belle vue sur les arbres, dans un cadre nature. Plusieurs balades au départ du logement sont possibles, la ville de Montpellier est relativement proche. De plus, l’hôte Laurence est disponible et à l’écoute, je recommande ce logement !

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Das Häuschen und die Umgebung entspricht genau den Fotos, nur noch viel schöner. Die großen Schiebetüren zur Küche waren einfach genial, wenn man sie aufgeschoben hat, hatte man das Gefühl, man ist sogar in der Küche fast draußen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr viele Töpfe und Pfannen, es gab sogar einen Elektrogrill. Auch die Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Temperaturen genial. Der Ort ist eine Oase der Ruhe, vor allem den Pool haben wir ausgiebig alleine nutzen können. Der Pool ist so gelegen, dass man weder das Haus der Eigentümer noch unser Mietshaus sehen konnte. Vielen Dank, Laurence, dass wir diese erholsame Woche in deinem Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

La maisonnette est située dans un endroit calme et entourée de verdure. On trouve tout le confort nécessaire à l’intérieur, c’est Idéal pour se reposer. La piscine doit être très appréciable l’été. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Very high quality accommodation exactly as shown in the photos if not better. Felt quite private and good to have access to the pool but adjacent to the family's home so not completely separate. Hosts were charming and the environment was relaxing. Local villages had few facilities but not too far to drive to supermarkets. Location great for the Montpellier region with plenty to see and do. Good advice from our host on where to visit even if we didn't always take it. Thoroughly recommended for couples with a car.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme dans cette maisonnette. celle-ci est fonctionnelle et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très accueillants et nous ont donné plein de bons conseils pour explorer la région. Nous avons pu utiliser la piscine en toute tranquillité. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer.

Agréables vacances, photos correspondantes à 100% à la réalité, propreté irréprochable. Seuls bémol l'envahissement de moustique et de guêpes dans la piscine. Des moustiquaires devraient être installés et surtout pour le confort la climatisation car impossible d'aérer le soir vu le nombre de moustiques présents. Avec ces suppléments ce serait un 5 étoiles ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et discrétion.

Le paradis est au bout du jardin...

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce gîte....environnement très calme....très vert... Le gîte est très agréable, très bien équipé.... Les propriétaires sont très discrets et de très bon conseil pour la visite des environs.... Idéal pour 2 amoureux de la nature....

Nous avons trouvé un logement à tout point de vue fidèle au descriptif, bien équipé, fonctionnel... situé à l'écart de la ville, en pleine nature et pourtant près des axes routiers et des zones commerciales et de la mer, sans oublier son château du XVIIe siècle. Nous nous sommes faits beaucoup de bien pendant les 15 jours : repos, sieste à l'ombre d'abres centenaires rythmée sous le chant des cigales, va-et-vient piscine rafraichissante... Les environs offrent de belles balades (Pic du St Loup), villages médiévaux, les gorges de l'hérault en canoé, les grottes, le rosé... Des propriétaires très accueillants, attentifs et dévoués - Merci -

Nature Cigales Calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte dont la description correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, seul manque le chant des cigales ! Idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme dans un environnement à la végétation méditerrannéenne, le soleil était tous les jours au rendez vous, la piscine à 28 ° ....la sieste sous les chênes...what else ? Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location proposée par un couple accueillant, discret. Nous souhaitons revenir l'été prochain !!

séjour très sympa en Languedoc

Jolie petite maison de plein pied, située au dessus de Montpellier avec des vues splendides. Au milieu d'un jardin très agréable et tout près de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Malheureusement, il faisait un peu trop froid pour se baigner mais en été cela doit etre formidable! Propriétaires très attentifs et toujours prets à suggérer des balades et des expériences personnelles. La maison était neuve et impeccable. Je recommanderais certainement cette location à des amis!
