House located in a hundred-year-old pine and oak wood on a 3000m2 plot near the Languedoc village of Assas. Independent entrance. Access to the large swimming pool is free. Panoramic view. Quiet place surrounded by nature.
The house is new and the equipment is new (eco-construction). The living room opens onto a wooden terrace via a pocket bay.
