For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 70 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Private: terrace, barbecue. Shop, grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 2.9 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (12 hole) 5.7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest, Fuentes del Algar.
