Our beautiful, 56-square-meter holiday apartment is newly built and furnished. Located just a short distance—about 3 km—from the idyllic Lake Faaker See, you’ve found your ideal holiday home here.
The apartment is on the ground floor and accessible by lift. The apartment also includes a carport and a bicycle garage—use of both is included in the rental price. The apartment itself features a charming Scandinavian country-style interior. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, etc.), a living-dining area with a 16-square-meter balcony terrace (facing west), and a separate bedroom with a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The bathroom—with a shower, double sinks, and washer-dryer—and the toilet are connected via the entryway. We have a keyless entry system via a mobile app; you’ll receive the access details via WhatsApp before your departure. The apartment’s location is simply fantastic. The idyllic Lake Faaker See is just 3 km away. The city of Villach is a 15-minute drive away. If you prefer to travel by train, there’s an S-Bahn station right near the apartment. From there, you can reach Villach’s main train station in just a few minutes. Recreational athletes will find plenty of opportunities here. The nearby Karawanken Mountains are perfect for hiking and mountaineering, and the nearby lake is a paradise for canoeists and stand-up paddlers (equipment rentals are available). But cyclists, in particular, will be in heaven here. Gravel bike routes, mountain bike trails, and flow trails—as well as scenic bike paths along the Drau River—invite you to enjoy cycling. Culture lovers can attend one of the many concerts at the Burgarena Finkenstein during the summer months. It’s located not far from our apartment.
