Apartment Maritime is located on the 1st floor of the complex. The entrance to the apartment is through the spacious foyer. From here, you have access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. 

The living room is spacious and features a sitting area, a television, Wi-Fi, and plenty of windows. From the living room, there’s always something to see—you look out onto the lively shopping street. From the living room, you can walk straight into the comfortable kitchen with its cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a combination oven. 

The kitchen also opens onto the patio through French doors. The terrace is enclosed and furnished with patio furniture.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (box spring, 2 separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a desk, an internet connection, and a television. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (box spring, 2 separate mattresses) and a wardrobe. A notable feature of both bedrooms is the high ceilings and large windows. The third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath for a second person, if needed. This limits the space in the bedroom. This bedroom has two windows, neither of which can be opened.

The bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. Safety for small children has also been taken into account with stair gates on both floors.

A high chair and a travel cot are provided as standard. This is a non-smoking residence; one small pet is allowed upon prior arrangement.

The apartment complex has a shared storage room where you can store your bicycles if needed. 

You have a private parking space (for 1 car) in a shared garage at your disposal; the garage has a height of 1.85 m. The garage is located a short distance from the property. You will not receive a digital parking permit, and you do not need to provide your number plate number.
