The elegant and very cared 3 floor house was built in 2009 and lies on sunny postion in lateral street and comfortable walking distance to the lake promenade and village center. Lovely flat in upper floor with mountains view. High rooms. Elevator. Large balcony with furniture and sun blinds. Car driveway until house. Reserved parking place in garagel. Bus stop ca. 200 ms. stores ca. 400 ms. lake promenade and village center ca. 800 ms. Bed, kitchen linen available. In the cellar own washroom with washing machine and drier for private use. Pets not permited.
