The property is located in a quiet, safe residential area in the Groß-Buchholz district—close to nature yet centrally located. The “Noltemeyerbrücke” subway station and the “Uhlestraße” bus stop are just a few minutes away. From there, you can quickly reach city centre, the trade fair grounds, MHH, or the main train station.

The boarding home spans two floors and offers:

- Three tastefully furnished bedrooms with king-size, queen-size, and single beds.
- Two modern, en-suite bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bathtub
- A spacious living and dining area with a cosy sitting area and a smart TV (including Netflix)
- An open, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender, etc.
- A small terrace with a lounge area and access to the garden
- A basement room with a washing machine, dryer, and storage space

Note: The outdoor area (garden, large terrace, paved parking space) will be fully landscaped in July and will not be fully usable until August 2025. Currently, a small terrace with lounge furniture is available.

Additional Amenities
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, bed linens, towels, toiletries, as well as an ironing board and iron are provided. Check-in is contactless via a key box.
