Modern 137 sqm attic apartment, spacious and bright, offering stunning mountain views in a quiet area of Laveno Mombello, set in a commanding position. Just 1.5 km from the lake and main services, 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, and 5 minutes from Cerro beach. Located in a building with three independent apartments. The apartment features a large living room with equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two air-conditioned bedrooms, an armchair bed, walk-in closet, free parking, and free electric vehicle charging at certain times from April to October. The owners live on the ground floor and personally welcome guests; this is not a hotel service. No towel change or cleaning is provided during your stay, but a washing machine is available. Perfect for longer stays, with views of Sasso del Ferro, the symbol of Laveno Mombello.

This vacation apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located near various transport options, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundromat, and bars. On-site parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors and parties are prohibited. Two friendly dogs live outside, separated by a fence. Wi-Fi is available. Super saubere, liebevoll ausgestattete große Wohnung

Pros: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Aber vor allem eine sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Immer ansprechbar für uns und hat uns auf Ausflugsziele oder sonstige Veranstaltungen persönlich hingewiesen. Die Willkommens-Goodies haben uns sehr gefreut und ganz besonders die Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag - das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Von Laveno aus kommt man sehr gut mit dem Auto oder Zug oder Fähre in alle Richtungen. Der Ort selber ist klein aber fein. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden selber auch nochmal wieder kommen.

Pros: Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend. Super bequeme Betten. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Außerdem sehr leckerer Kaffee.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Pros: Großzügig und toll ausgestattet, es ist alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Bequeme Betten, große Badezimmer. Privater Parkplatz mit Lademöglichkeit. Reny ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar! Cons: Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, kann man nichts machen... Aber die Heizung war einfach zu schwach, mehr als 21 Grad waren nicht möglich.

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description et de plus très bien situé géographiquement. Avoir des bornes de recharges à disposition a été un plus.Nous laissons le soin aux futurs locataires de bien profiter de ce bien.
