Welcome to this modernly furnished 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of approximately 46 m² and is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

You’ll find a bright, open-concept living and sleeping area with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm, full-length mattress), a light-colored corner sofa, and a cozy armchair. You can store your vacation clothes in the closet, and you can spend cozy evenings in front of the flat-screen TV. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (each 80x200 cm) and another flat-screen TV. The modern, enclosed kitchen with a dining table is very well equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an oven at a comfortable working height. The interior, brightly tiled bathroom features a bathtub. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
