Die Wohnung entspricht in keinster Weise dem Grömitz-Standard, kein Wlan, altmodisch eingerichtet und wurde größtenteils seit Jahren nicht mehr renoviert. Das schlafzimmer hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge aus den 50ger Jahren. Die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer sind vergilbt und wirken gruselig.
