Exclusive: This 44 m² holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. This charming two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features high-quality furnishings.

You’ll find a modern living room with a corner sofa (which can be quickly converted into a full-size bed for 2 people, approx. 130x240 cm), a dining area for 4 people, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and an infotainment station (with a docking station for iPhone or iPad; all devices can also be connected via Bluetooth). It has everything you could want. The bedroom is equipped with a large closet, a double bed (2x 180x200 cm), and a flat-screen TV. The lift and the apartment’s interior design—featuring a shower stool, a raised toilet, portable grab bars, and a walk-in shower (with only a small 3-cm step at the entrance) make the apartment suitable and easily accessible for people with mobility challenges (using a walker or Delta bike). The apartment also features a covered balcony facing southeast.

The shower room is fully tiled and equipped with a raised corner toilet, a ribbed towel warmer, a 90x90 cm wellness shower, movable grab bars, and a shower stool. The new built-in kitchen offers all the amenities you need on holiday. From a ceramic cooktop, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer combo, and dishwasher to many high-quality brand-name appliances—everything is provided.

The apartment includes an underground parking space, from which you can easily take the lift to the 1st floor. For general use, a bicycle storage room is available in the basement of the apartment complex, as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
