This 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a well-maintained complex. With a living area of approximately 48 m², the apartment offers ample space for up to 3 people and 1 baby.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the combined living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette and direct access to the balcony. Here, you can make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa even on rainy days; a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker provide entertainment. Recessed LED spotlights in the ceiling provide warm light and a cosy atmosphere. In the evening, if needed, the sofa can be easily converted into a bed (140x200 cm) in just a few simple steps. On the balcony, which offers a side view of the Baltic Sea (weather permitting), you can enjoy the sun from morning through the afternoon or sit in the shade under the awning. A table with two chairs invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast there, complete with the wonderful Baltic Sea air. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired—from an induction stove to a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll find everything here that makes cooking on holiday a pleasure. An extendable dining table completes the dining area. The bedroom features a cosy double bed (2x 80x200 cm), and a closet and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your holiday clothes. The tasteful and modern bathroom features light-colored tiles and is equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene. In addition to a toilet, shower, sink with vanity cabinet, and mirror, a hair dryer is also provided. The apartment features designer wood-look flooring throughout. Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the bicycle storage room. A laundry room with a washing machine (for a fee) is located in the basement.

During the season, from approximately mid-April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
