The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential complex. With 2 separate bedrooms and a living area of approximately 45 m², it offers ample space for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The living room, with its integrated dining area, welcomes you with plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa area and a flat-screen TV provide relaxation after long walks on the beach. With free Wi-Fi, you can stay in touch with your loved ones even while on holiday. The living room leads directly to the furnished balcony with a side view of the Baltic Sea; an awning provides shade from the strong summer sun. The small, separate kitchen (open door) is equipped with a microwave, oven, and 4-burner ceramic stove, along with various everyday kitchen appliances, and the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (2x90x190 cm), while the second bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm). In both bedrooms, exterior blinds provide pleasant shade and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The tastefully designed bathroom, complete with amenities like a shower, toilet, and vanity with a makeup mirror, sets the mood for a good start to the day.

A private parking space in the carport right next to the house is included with this rental. A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared laundry room. You can safely store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two bicycle storage rooms (one of which is lockable). The apartment building has an lift.
