In this modern complex, your holiday rental is located on the 1st floor and features a balcony and 2 separate bedrooms. Up to 4 people plus a baby can enjoy a relaxing holiday here in 69 m² of living space.

Welcome to your holiday—thanks to the lovingly furnished interior, you’ll feel right at home here. The light-filled living/dining area awaits you with a stylish sofa where you can spend cosy evenings watching TV. Next door is the sunny balcony. Take a seat here and enjoy your free time—perhaps with a glass of tea or wine? The living area also features a spacious seating area for you to relax in. Here, you can plan your excursions along the Baltic Sea coast and, of course, enjoy delicious meals. The open, well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove and dishwasher is sure to put a smile on your face if you’re an amateur chef. Additional highlights include an espresso capsule machine (Cafissimo), a waffle maker, and a sandwich toaster. After an eventful day of holiday, unwind in the two bedrooms: one room features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an additional TV. The other room has two single beds (each 90x200 cm). Both rooms have electric exterior shutters. The comfortable bathroom with natural light features a floor-to-ceiling shower and a towel warmer. A washer-dryer is located in a small storage room. The building’s passenger lift is very convenient.

You can park your car in the building’s outdoor parking space. A high chair is included.
