Are you looking for a cosy holiday rental where you’ll feel right at home? Then we have just the thing for you: Apartment 1 in the Im Sonnenwinkel building stands out for its tasteful furnishings and well-thought-out layout. In the bright living and dining area, you’ll find a stylish sofa with a TV armchair on one side—and a comfortable dining nook on the other. Take a seat—your Baltic Sea holiday can begin. (The sofa pulls out and can be used as an extra sleeping space.) The furnished terrace also invites you to linger. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you’re sure to enjoy many relaxing hours in the sun here. Back in the living area, you’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Cooking together is twice as fun here—create your new favourite meal. After a pleasant day at the coast, you’ll find your well-deserved night’s rest in the double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the separate bedroom. There’s also plenty of storage space here. You can start your day wonderfully in the modern bathroom with natural light and a towel warmer. Convenient: A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the house at no extra charge.

For younger guests, a travel cot and a high chair are provided free of charge in this apartment.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the house. There is a storage shed for your bicycles. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

The Sonnenwinkel building features a total of 9 holiday apartments of various sizes, each accommodating 1–3 people; 30–45 m², so you can spend your holiday with friends and family in the immediate vicinity while still having your own private space. We’d be happy to advise you.
