Sometimes you don’t need a lot of space—this small, charming apartment in the Im Sonnenwinkel building shows just how it’s done. The furnishings are tasteful and thoughtfully selected. The living area features not only a stylish red sofa and armchair set for relaxation, but also a small dining area and an open, modern kitchenette. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a cosy sleeping area (approx. 2x 80x200 cm) in just a few simple steps. This room also opens onto the furnished south-facing terrace—which will likely soon become your new favourite spot. Enjoy the sunshine and your well-deserved free time here. The separate bedroom features a single bed (90x200 cm)—the nautical photo wallpaper is a real eye-catcher. The comfortable shower room is located just around the corner. Convenient: A washing machine and dryer are available to you in the house free of charge.

Due to the size of the property, a travel cot and/or high chair cannot be booked for this apartment.

There are plenty of bike racks and outdoor parking spaces available at the building. There is also a small wooden shed for storing bicycles. Wi-Fi is included free of charge with this offer.

The Sonnenwinkel building features a total of 9 holiday apartments of various sizes, each accommodating 1–3 people (30–45 m²), so you can spend your holiday with friends and family right next door while still having your own private space. We’d be happy to advise you.
