Enjoy a dream holiday on the beautiful Baltic Sea in this 3-room holiday rental. Located on the mezzanine level, this approximately 45 m² holiday home invites up to 2 adults and 2 children to relax and enjoy family time.

Through a small entryway with space for your coats, you’ll enter the tastefully decorated living and dining area with an open kitchen. Put your feet up and relax on the comfortable sofa. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, which you can use to play your playlist of favourite music. A dining table is available for game nights with friends or leisurely meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to spoil your loved ones with delicious treats during your holiday. Perhaps you’d like to enjoy your breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air? On the furnished balcony facing southwest, your fresh morning coffee and the rolls from the bakery around the corner will taste twice as good. The sea air makes you sleepy—for a restful night’s sleep, retreat to the separate bedroom with a cosy box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. To help you fall asleep, you can flip through the TV channels one last time. The kids can make themselves comfortable in their own small bedroom with a fold-out sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and their own TV. The bedrooms can be comfortably darkened with blinds for a good night’s sleep. The high-quality shower room leaves nothing to be desired.

A parking space is reserved for you in the secure duplex garage (max. vehicle dimensions: H: 1.52 m, W: 2.00 m, L: 5 m). You can safely store your bicycles in your private basement storage room. The apartment building offers a shared washing machine and dryer for a fee.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool heated to 28° in its large, beautifully landscaped garden (seasonal, approx. May 15–September 15), which is available to you free of charge.
