Spend your holiday in this beautiful 2-room holiday rental on the 1st floor with a balcony. With approximately 40 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 2 people, and the beach is just a few metres away!
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and curtains for blackout. Spend many pleasant hours in the living room on the cosy couch, or let your culinary skills run wild in the enclosed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a window.
Take some time to relax and enjoy the sun on the furnished balcony or in the communal garden.
You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you next to the building. Bicycles can be stored in the bike rack next to the building. A washing machine and dryer (shared) are available to you in the building’s basement (for a fee). Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.
