This beautiful 3-room holiday apartment with 70 m² of living space in a prime location in Grömitz offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 people.

The large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking together and unwinding after an adventurous day. Both bedrooms feature a light-filled en suite bathroom and a south-facing balcony; the comfortable double beds (180x200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. A shared grill is available on the lower terrace. From there, you also have access to the shared garden. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

A parking space in the carport (max. clearance height: 2 m) is reserved for you. A Brita water filter (without a filter cartridge) is available for limescale-free water. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored under the carport (at ground level). There is also a ping-pong table available for shared use by all residents of the house.
