Due to the nature of the apartment, this holiday rental is not suitable for children and may only be occupied by adults.

Enjoy the fantastic view of the sea in this approximately 64 m² 2-room holiday apartment on the 6th floor of the Miramar apartment building. Up to 2 guests can enjoy a tastefully furnished holiday home with a large terrace balcony right by the beach, offering a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea.

Unwind at the end of the day on the terrace in your own beach chair.

You can easily reach your holiday home on the 6th floor by lift. From the hallway, you’ll enter the living/dining area with a cosy sofa and access to the 25 m² furnished southeast-facing balcony. In the kitchen, equipped with many amenities, you can prepare your meals and then enjoy them together at the dining table.
You’ll enjoy peaceful nights in the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed featuring a full-length mattress (160x200 cm), and you can conveniently store your holiday clothes in the spacious sideboard. The modern bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. The entire apartment can be comfortably darkened using exterior blinds.

A parking space is reserved for you in a double carport. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bike room. For your entertainment, there is a TV in both the living room and bedroom, a Bluetooth radio, a CD player, and Wi-Fi access.

The Miramar features an lift as well as several stairwells. In addition, guests at the Miramar have access to a common area with a sauna and solarium. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the complex.
