Franz Holiday Rental with a Balcony and Seasonal Ocean View in Kellenhusen

Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 3, 23746 Kellenhusen.

The 2-room Franz holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Kaiserhof apartment complex and offers approximately 48 m² of space for up to 4 people.

In the cosy living area with an open kitchenette, you can unwind with your family and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. From here, you also have direct access to the covered balcony, which allows you to enjoy cosy evenings regardless of the weather. Depending on the season, you may catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.
For a restful night’s sleep, convert the sofa into a cosy sleeping area (approx. 140x200 cm) or retreat to the large double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the adjoining bedroom. The naturally lit bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities of this holiday rental.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. In the neighbouring building, a shared washing machine and dryer, as well as a lockable shared bicycle storage room, are available to you for a fee. (House 18)

Living room: Sleeper sofa (approx. 140x200 cm), TV, privacy screen, space for a cot available
Bedroom: Double bed (2x 90x200 cm), privacy screen and blackout shades (pleated), space available for a baby cot

Between Grömitz and Dahme, right on the Bay of Lübeck, lies the small town of Kellenhusen. Local forests, salty air, dreamy expanses, and the 305-meter-long adventure bridge are just a few of the highlights of this Baltic Sea health resort. Look forward to freshly caught fish and regional game at the nearby restaurants, and there’s even a bakery on site for a treat-filled breakfast. Come, arrive, and unwind!
