Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Landkirchener Weg 1, 23769 Fehmarn.

The approximately 73 m² 3-room Heber holiday rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located in the south of the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn in the small town of Wulfen, right next to the golf course. The first-floor apartment is accessible via a separate entrance door and a staircase.

This charming duplex apartment features a bright living and dining area with comfortable upholstered furniture, a TV, a dining nook, and access to a furnished balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The large bedroom features a double bed (2x 80x200 cm, open footboard) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe as well. The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower, toilet, and modern sink.
