wieder sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Mitarbeiter in Servicebüro auch sehr freundlich. Negativ war, während der 13 Tage hat die Hausverwaltung, die für diesen Dienst zuständig ist, Müllcontainer vor dem Haus stehen lassen. Vom Balkon aus ist dies kein schöner Anblick.

Im Schlafzimmer muss die Batterie getauscht werden (blinkt rot). Das Balkonfenster am größeren Balkon schleift am Boden und müsste neu eingestellt werden. Der Fön liegt auch in den letzten Zügen und klingt nicht gesund. Oberflächlich wurde sauber gemacht aber mehr auch nicht. Service vor Ort war sehr sehr freundlich
