Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue through 2027.

This 72 m² two-room holiday apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the ground floor of the only Portland building, directly across from the harbour and just 200 m from the beach.

The apartment welcomes you with a practical entryway. The living room, furnished in a fresh, Nordic style, features an open-concept kitchen. The furnishings in the living area are also harmoniously coordinated. The table is not only perfect for shared meals but is also ideal for long evenings in good company. After long walks on the beach, the sofa offers a comfortable spot to relax. A 42-inch flat-screen TV with pay TV ensures cosy evenings in front of the TV. In addition to cable TV, the DVD/Blu-ray player and Xbox One provide plenty of entertainment options. At night, the sofa converts into a bed (140x200 cm) for either two children or one adult.

The kitchenette has a modern design and should satisfy all your culinary needs. The ceramic cooktop, freezer compartment, and dishwasher are there to help when you don’t feel like eating out. A high-quality oven is also available. With the Nespresso machine, you can, for example, make yourself a delicious espresso after dinner. From the living room, you can step out onto the beautifully furnished terrace. The wooden floor lends this space a Nordic ambiance as well. The stunning view of the harbour and the Kiel Fjord will help you forget the stresses of everyday life. The bedroom features a box-spring bed and an additional closet for your clothes. Here, too, a 32-inch flat-screen TV has been provided—it also comes with an online video library, so you can happily spend the day in bed when the weather’s bad. The shower room is bright and modern. The rain shower helps you wake up and makes getting out of bed a pleasure.

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. There is a lockable basement storage room for any bicycles you bring with you.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for you on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
