Welcome to “Haus Delphin Holiday Suite 4”—the ideal retreat for your getaway on the picturesque island of Borkum. This modern and stylishly furnished holiday apartment accommodates up to four people (2 adults/1–2 children) and combines comfort with a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. Just a 2-minute bike ride and you’re already at the white sandy beach and the beautiful promenade!

The holiday apartment spans a generous 37 m² and is located on the left side of the ground floor of the house. The open-concept living area offers a wonderful, light-filled view of the south-facing veranda. The kitchen, complete with an inviting dining area, is located on the veranda. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen—which includes an induction stove, dishwasher, and microwave—you can quickly and easily prepare culinary delights for shared meals or snacks for your outing. You can get oven-fresh rolls at the bakery just around the corner. Or treat yourself to a delicious breakfast at “Ria’s Beach.” WFV guests enjoy a special, exclusive offer in this cosy café with a view of the North Sea: Children ages 0–6 receive a “Räuberteller” and can eat with their parents for free. Children ages 6–12 pay €12.00 per breakfast. For guests 12 and older, the price is €20.00 per person. “Ria’s Beach” is just a 10-minute walk away (4 minutes by bike).

After a day at the beach or a bike ride, the cosy living room with a sofa area, armchairs, and a 43-inch TV invites you to relax. Here you can wind down at the end of the day by reading, drinking tea, playing games, or watching TV. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.

The separate bedroom, adjacent to the living area, features a 7-zonepocket-spring box spring bed—including a topper and blackout options—offers a comfortable retreat and promises restful nights. From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV on the internet-enabled TV. Your holiday wardrobe will fit comfortably in both the spacious closet and the roomy under-bed storage compartments of the box spring bed, which are easily accessible from both sides. For two additional guests, the comfortable corner couch in the living room offers a sleeping function and extra storage space. Its simple design allows you to create an extra sleeping area (130 x 200 cm) in just a few easy steps.

Each window in the apartment is fitted with pleated blinds that are opaque yet allow light to pass through—without a blackout function. In the bedroom, an additional blackout curtain hangs alongside these pleated blinds.

“Haus Delphin Holiday Suite 4” is the perfect place for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing time by the North Sea. You’re welcome to bring your pet; one or two dogs are welcome upon request. The dog beach is located at the nearby main swimming beach.

In our cosy holiday apartments at “Haus Delphin,” you’re guaranteed 100% relaxation!

The house, which has been family-owned for four generations, was expanded in 2019 to include two beautifully renovated and modernised holiday apartments, and two additional apartments on the ground floor were completed in the winter of 2024/25. With its central location on a very quiet side street in the old town centre, it offers the perfect setting for your holiday on Borkum. In just a few minutes, you can reach the town centre with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants. The train station, our WFV office, a bike rental shop, and the “Gezeitenland” seawater adventure pool are also located in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The North Beach is just 450–600 m away (a 2-minute bike ride). With its inviting promenade, lovely cafés and cocktail bars, the bandstand, and the offshore sandbar, there are plenty of opportunities here for relaxation and activity. In addition to long walks by the sea, a wide range of sports activities awaits you (including beach aerobics, beach volleyball, sailing, and surfing).

As a WFV guest, you can enjoy a special, exclusive breakfast offer with a view of the North Sea at the nearby café “Ria’s Beach”: Children ages 0–6 receive a “Räuberteller” and can eat with their parents for free.
