Welcome to your holiday home on the Baltic Sea! This charming end-of-row holiday home in Grömitz offers 62 m² of living space (spread over several floors) and can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a prime location near the beach (900 m) and a cosy southwest-facing terrace.

The living area is invitingly designed and, with its comfortable seating area and Waipu TV, is perfect for relaxing. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—ideal for sunny breakfasts or balmy evenings by candlelight.

The enclosed kitchen is compact and fully equipped: A 2-burner stove, a separate freezer, a Tassimo coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher are at your disposal.
The holiday rental features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping accommodation. In the first bedroom, which has a closet, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (approx. 2x 90x200 cm). The second bedroom on the second floor is accessible via a space-saving staircase secured by a stair gate (please supervise children when using the stairs). Here, you’ll sleep in a cosy double bed (140x200 cm). A fifth guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed (approx. 140x200 cm) in the living room. A baby cot is included here.
In the brightly tiled bathroom, you can start your day refreshed.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you on the terrace. Wi-Fi is included.
