Perfect location!

Myself and a couple friends stayed at Melinda’s place, safe to say our expectations were exceeded! The door is a 30 second ski from 3 lifts and well situated in avoriaz close to shops and bars. One thing to note when you arrive is that it is definitely worth getting a snow taxi to bring your things to the apartment for 14 euro. The walk with all of our things, albeit short in terms of distance, wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend staying here as a family or a small group of friends!

charged us 100 euros after we stayed!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! You are meant to clean the whole property before you leave or you will get charged!. For example make the beds, hover, bins, dishes etc before you leave and if it’s not perfect they will charge you which seems like a complete excuse! They do not explain that YOU are the cleaners for the next people to come and they don’t have any other cleaners that go there! We got charged even though when we got told we had to clean the whole apartment for the next people we did! We cleaned the whole apartment and still got charged. An Absolute disgrace. They will find any excuse to charge you even if there is 1 cup on the side! Even after we showed proof which was a video of the room after we cleaned it she ignored all the messages and took our money.

Studio conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé, tant pour aller skier que pour aller au centre de la station. Le seul bémol mais j'en ai informé notre hôte, était la propreté (besoin de relaver la vaisselle). Mais malheureusement, on ne sais jamais après qui on va passer...

Un joli appartement très bien situé

Nous avons apprécié son emplacement bien situé dans le village et pour le départ et retour skis au pieds des pistes. Il est très bien équipé pour un séjour avec appareil à raclette et appareil fondue. En cuisine, ustensiles et vaisselle bien achalandés. Une literie impeccable. Nous avons été déçus par la propreté du logement avec taches de sang sur le matelas et sur le mur. Nous avons à l’arrivée dû nettoyer de la vaisselle, cafetière, toilettes et cendrier plein de mégots dont laissés par terre sur la terrasse… Un petit coup de propreté peinture serait apprécié. ( placo salle de bains qui se décolle) Nous l’avons signalé à la propriétaire mais pas de réponse. Les anciens locataires n’ont pas assuré le ménage.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, dans un appartement à un prix très abordable pour Avoriaz. Facile d’accès et équipé de ce qu’il faut pour un séjour de ski. On y retrouve tout le charme de cette magnifique station !

Appartement très bien placé, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour quatre personnes Ce qui fache: impossibilité de se connecter sur le wifi même après reboot de la box, réception 3G très mauvaise, en contre bas de la station Le chauffage type salle de bain se coupe toutes les deux heures, le petit chauffage d’appoint ne permet pas de prendre le relais Salle de bain à rénover

Très bon emplacement mais appartement trop froid

Un soucis de chauffage vraiment à régler, que ce soit dans la salle de bain comme dans le salon. Le radiateur mobile fait de la figuration, pas d'isolation sérieuse avec l'extérieur au niveau du vélux vieux de 30 ans, nous étions dans l'appartement lorsqu'il a fait très froid en station (-13°C à 8h00), c'était pour nous peu agréable. Par contre, l'emplacement nous a beaucoup plu. Donc il vous faut régler ce problème de chauffage et d'isolation pour rendre douillet cet appartement.

Studio très bien situé, on peut chausser en bas de l'immeuble pour les pistes. Super pour la luge juste en face de l'appartement pour les enfants. Vue magnifique, très agréable.
