Great location once we found out how to get into the labyrinth:) lovely Appartment and high up enough to be away from too much street noise. Was very very warm in Appartment but no way to change heating. Good also that’s it’s not to far from parking as makes the walk easier.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Avoriaz. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the resort with easy access to all the main amenities, shops, and lifts.Check‑in and check‑out were very smooth, and Emmanuelle was an outstanding host, responding quickly to any questions we had.The apartment itself was clean, well laid out, and perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven and dishwasher, which made meals easy. The bathroom and toilet were functional and tidy, and there’s a really practical storage area at the entrance for boots and ski clothing. There’s also plenty of hooks and space for drying ski gear, plus a dedicated ski locker which was very convenient.Thank you, Emmanuelle, for being a great host. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Appartement propre, bien équipé, très bons échanges et réponses rapides des propriétaires à nos questionnements. Très bien pour 2 personnes, prévu pour 4 idéal si couple avec enfants. Un avantage sa localisation très centrale près de tous commerces ce qui peut devenir un petit inconvénient le soir à cause des noctambules qui passent pas là et qui sont bruyants mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la localisation de la résidence, tout est à proximité : les caisses de remontée, les pistes, commerces, restaus, mini market et très bonne boulangerie juste au pied. Présence de casiers à skis au rez de chaussée. L'appartement est plutôt bien équipé (bouilloire, sèche cheveux, lave vaisselle, four, etc), petit détail, j'aurais apprécié un mixer ou un presse purée pour la soupe. Il y a un petit 'kit de démarrage' thé, sel poivre, produit vaisselle, etc ... De très nombreux cintres et patères au dessus de radiateurs et dans toutes les pièces sont vraiment très pratiques. Le double vitrage et le 4ème étage permettent de mettre une certaine distance phonique avec les fêtards nocturnes qu'on entend un peu néanmoins. Les lits superposés sont un peu raides. L'accueil et remise des clefs sont faciles et flexibles. Bilan positif pour notre séjour, nous recommandons cet hébergement..

Très bien situé au coeur de la station (+ à proximité des cours esf/crèche et en face de l'achat des forfaits !) "Après avoir consulté dif...

"Après avoir consulté différentes annonces sur Avoriaz, notre choix s''est finalement porté sur cet appartement qui nous semblait plus actuel dans sa déco. Nous n''avons pas été déçus. Le Gros point fort de l''appartement est sa localisation. Il est vraiment au pied des pistes avec tous les commerces disponibles dans un rayon de 50 m (office de tourisme, guichets forfaits, supermarché, resto, bars, cinéma...). Sinon la déco est réellement sympa et les lits confortables. La connection internet est un plus et le petit classeur des proriétaires bien pratique pour les questions d''intendance... Le petit monsieur qui est venu nous donner les clés était sympa et le temps formidable le premier jour... après tempêtes de neige... donc beaucoup de poudreuse... 2 erreurs à ne pas faire se garer en bas aux prodains à Morzine, car le téléphérique peut être fermé en cas de tempête où monter sans chaine car même si le temps est beau pour la montée, celà peut changer. Bref pas de mauvaise surprise si ce n''est qu''il a fait un peu chaud dans l''appartement. Le balcon est sympa et la vue agréable (surtout quand il fait beau...)"
