Villa Camilla de Luxe

The historic Villa Camilla is situated in a picturesque location on the western shore of Lake Como between Dongo and Menaggio. The villa is nestled in a well-kept park of around 4000 square meters with mature trees and many flowering plants. The slightly sloping location offers you a fantastic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountain scenery. A large, wrought-iron gate and an approx. 80 m long private path lead from the lakeside road up to the villa. Antique columns frame the pool area, which invites you to relax on comfortable sun loungers.
Sports enthusiasts can use the private tennis court and there is also a table tennis table. A buoy can be hired for boats you bring with you.

- 1 double bedroom (green) with garden view; en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Extra guest cottage (sleeps 2): A small, more simply furnished first floor bedroom with en suite bathroom is located just a few meters from the villa and is available for additional guests at no extra charge. It is air-conditioned and ideal for someone who can only walk part way up the stairs as there is no elevator in Villa Camilla.

All beds (with the exception of the bed in the cottage) can be used either as a double bed or as single beds.

Sleeping in style
The 10 luxurious bedrooms have either a direct lake view or a garden view.
The interior is largely original from the 19th century. The rooms are interpreted in modern colors.
Many of these rooms have whirlpool baths.
An additional guest cottage offers privacy for extra guests. It offers a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

The heated pool is open from May to September, weather permitting. The villa has its own jetty for direct access to the lake.

There is space for several vehicles on the property.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax € 1.50 per person/day

Additional services
- On arrival on Saturday evening, the customer will find a buffet-style welcome dinner.
Consisting of lasagne bolognese, mixed salads, caprese, prosciutto with melon, dessert,
as well as bread and fresh fruit.

- Personal concierge reception with tour and drinks briefing. No other staff are present on this evening.

- Welcome drinks package in the fridge, consisting of: 1 liter of milk, 2 bottles of sparkling water and 2 bottles of still water, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1/2 bottle of Prosecco.

- There is a wine cellar in the villa where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are stored. On departure, the remaining stock is counted and collected on site.

- Extra bed (maximum 2): € 500 per bed / per week
- Swimming pool heating: Jan 01 - May 16 and Sep 13 - Dec 31: €5 per hour (to reach the minimum water temperature of
24/25°C, it is necessary to switch on the heating 36 hours before the arrival of the guests in mild weather).
Once the minimum temperature is reached, heating is required for at least 12 hours per day to maintain the temperature)
- Personal laundry service: 20 € per hour
- Butler service: 400 € per day
- Transfer to/from the airport
