Welcome to Pulverhorn House 1! This inviting holiday home is located near the Dünenweg, the path that separates the Priwall holiday village from the wide Baltic Sea beach. In just 2 minutes, you can reach the fine sandy beach—perfect for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts!

The House
With a spacious 52 m², the holiday home accommodates up to 4 people—perfect for families or friends. It features a total of 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests.

Special Highlights
The bioethanol fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere during the winter months!
A sunny, south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can relax undisturbed or spend cosy evenings with friends.

A washing machine, clothes rack, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to get together. A modern sofa and an inviting dining area create a cosy atmosphere. The bioethanol fireplace provides cosy warmth, while the flat-screen TV, the hi-fi system with radio, CD player, and Bluetooth, and the DVD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a comfortable level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The very well-equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Here you’ll find:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven
- Microwave

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also available—perfect for preparing your favourite meals!

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Every bedroom offers spacious closets for your holiday wardrobe.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There’s also a washing machine here. A hair dryer rounds out the amenities.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The patio is ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the holiday village. For your convenience, a free parking space is available on the property. One pet is welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be recorded after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. We will read and document the metre readings before your arrival and after your departure. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 4 “Pulverhorn,” with its beautiful holiday homes, offers you a relaxing holiday on the Travemünde-Priwall peninsula in a quiet, beachfront location. The distance to the beach is approximately 150 metres.

Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation in the resort, and dogs are also allowed in many holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home is equipped with a grill to help you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
The parking spaces are located right next to the house.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €200. The deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; Gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; Electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh)..

At the Pulverhorn Dorf 4 holiday resort, you’ll find wonderful holiday homes, each with its own unique character. Each detached house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the holiday rental. If you bring your own bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
