Your Holiday Rental 01 at the Strandvilla Meeresblick is a 3-room ground-floor apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 90 m² 3-room apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, and two balconies. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom and guest bathroom are tiled. The beach is approximately 30 metres away.

The living room invites you to feel at home and relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious living experience. In addition to standard living room furnishings, such as a cosy couch and two armchairs, there is, of course, a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces the lake.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has everything you could ask for. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove with four ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. The kitchen also features a counter where you can cook and dine together.

The first bedroom is accessible via the hallway. It features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. Of course, you can darken the room with pleated blinds.

The second bedroom is also accessible via the hallway and features a cosy double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). You can store your clothes in a chest of drawers. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. An additional flat-screen TV is available here. This bedroom leads out to the south-facing balcony. You can make yourself comfortable on the cosy lounge set and enjoy the evening sun.

The stylish bathroom features modern tiling and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. There is also a guest bathroom.

Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The Meeresblick holiday complex has an lift. One free outdoor parking space (No. 1) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed. There are shared charging outlets for e-bikes here. A Wallbox charging station (for electric cars) is also available. This is for shared use. The fee for use is 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

This holiday home features six 3-room holiday apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and suitable for both family holidays and relaxing getaways for two. All holiday apartments feature a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a guest bathroom. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth during the colder months.

Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south—as well as Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a lockable bicycle storage area. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
