Located in a quiet part of Barbariga, just 2 km from the sea, Villa Casa Bella offers an ideal accommodation for larger groups or two families seeking privacy, comfort, and all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. It can accommodate up to 8+2 people.The nearest restaurants and shops are 300 to 400 meters away, providing easy access to everyday necessities and gastronomic delights.The villa consists of two separate living units that are rented exclusively together as one whole. Each unit on the ground floor has its own living room – one with direct access to the saltwater pool, and the other with access to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. There are also two fully equipped kitchens and an additional guest WC.Upstairs, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have double beds, while the other two are equipped with separate beds. An additional two people can sleep on sofa beds.In addition to the private saltwater pool, surrounded by sunbeds, guests also have access to table tennis, an outdoor barbecue, and two parking spaces.Be among the first to enjoy the luxury of this new villa in the offering!
