The 'sun and surf' condo interior reflects the beachy island ambiance of Sanibel! Whether you are inside or outside you are never far from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Our wide lanai offers panoramic views of the ocean waters, the beautiful shell-lined beach and the sparkling waters from the heated, gulf side pool.
When I step outside of my lanai, I count 19 steps to the top of the beach and less for the refreshing pool waters.
Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with island--all the conveniences and updated appliances of home.
The living room offers a 42' flat screen TV, excellent lighting, blackout drapes and a queen sofa sleeper. The interior is very cozy and happy!
The bathroom showcases a spa-like vanity with open shelving. The step-in shower has an optional hand held shower wand as well as grab bar.
The master bedroom/suite has a walk in directly to the spa-like bathroom. Enjoy the comfort of a plush to firm mattress on your king bed. Watch television on a 26' flat screen tv and use our built ins to store your clothes and essential personal items.
Living room and master bedroom have carpeted floor covering. Tile is laid throughout the hallways, kitchen, dining area and kitchen.
Beach chairs and accessories are available on your lanai as well as clothes hangers for wet bathing suits. You don't need to bring much to Sanibel as we are pretty beach-casual. We also have a full size washer and dryer inside the unit.
Dry your shells or better yet--enjoy breakfast on the lanai with our table seating for 4. Our 'no-trip' lanai door is perfect for seniors and families. Interior dining is also available for 4.
Walk out your front door into a tropical preserve setting. Lush landscaping and wildlife await your viewing. Bring your binoculars and cameras to seek and share the best sightings!
Amenities include heated, tranquil gulfside pool, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle-board court, 4 gas grills, outdoor dining area for family dinners in our Grove. Surround yourself with butterfly gardens, nature pond, wetlands area and a wide assortment of Florida botanicals!

I spent part of my years growing up in the great state of Ohio. Go Bucks! My family enjoyed many vacation trips to Sanibel and Ocean's Reach starting in the mid-70's. And as the story goes, my parents bought their first Ocean's Reach condo in 1983. I followed years later and shortly thereafter my sister purchased also. We are all pretty active to this day--whether it's playing tennis, running, walking or bicycling. We all waited until a first floor unit became available. We loved the easy in and out access from the lanai to the beach. It's so carefree. We continue to enjoy family get togethers on Sanibel at Ocean's Reach and love running to and from each other's condos without knocking on the front door.
I relocated full time to Fort Myers a few years ago and am very active on Sanibel. I also help to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the unit even though a team of professionals is on site 24-7. My personal reward is making guests at Ocean's Reach happy with their vacation selection. I love seeing how happy they are after arriving. I realize how important a REAL vacation is. You deserve our full attention to the details of your condo vacation.

It has an incredible view and is on the first floor which offers such a carefree lifestyle if you want to be on the beach.
Ocean's Reach is the best because it is so close to the ocean and every single condo has full and direct views of the water and beach. We are unique in those two features. Further, we are NEW! After Hurricane Charley we spent almost a year and a half revitalizing our resort property and gutting each and every unit. Therefore the infrastructure, appliances, furnishings and floor plans are new in materials, design and code!! Truly we are unique in many ways on Sanibel!
Ocean's Reach is the best because it is so close to the ocean and every single condo has full and direct views of the water and beach. We are unique in those two features. Further, we are NEW!
