The terrace is shaded. the garden is closed and you can put the car there.
Located in the heart of a charming village of Balagne 5 minutes from Ile Rousse and 7 minutes from beaches
The house can accommodate up to 5 people is very comfortable and the decoration in perfect harmony with the places. You will find all the comfort of a modern house WIFI etc. with charming vaulted rooms very typical of traditional Corsican houses.
The 180 ° SPLENDID view overhangs Ile Rousse bay and the mountain. You can admire the landscape of the garden, terrace, bedroom or living room.
The BBC gas WEBER is very easy to use.
You will have a large master bedroom with new beds mattress ep 28 cm with a mattress of 160 x 200, possibility of adding a baby bed a closet with shelves and a wardrobe + various complementary storage 2 bedside chairs and a new flat screen TV orientable.
A large living room used as a second bedroom completely independent with a sofa bed 140 very comfortable and a bed of 90 very recent (2013 and 2014)
You have square duvets and pillows (65 x 65) and rectangles (50 x 70), a chest of drawers 9 drawers, a wardrobe, a dresser, table and 4 chairs + 1 armchair a table living room on wheels and a flat screen TV.
The fitted kitchen has an induction hob, a dishwasher, a hood, a fridge with freezer and a microwave.

Dans bâtisse typique cœur de village

Logement conforme à la description, parfait pour deux. Literie excellente. Voiture indispensable pour les courses et découvrir la Balagne. Seul bémol, impossible de profiter de la terrasse sous le cerisier.

Ideale Homebase zur Erkundung der Region. Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Eingezäunter Garten mit tollen Sitzgelegenheiten. Strasse teilweise sehr laut. Restaurant & Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, L‘Ile Rouse (5 Km) bietet zahlreiche Alternativen.

Comfortable apartment with great view

A character apartment with arched ceilings and thick walls on first floor of original village house. Ideal for two people. Well equipped, including mosquito netting over the windows. Shaded terrace, looking down over the village street but quite private, screened by trees; great view down to I'Ile Rousse. A real lived-in village. Restaurant/hotel a minute's walk down the street, plus more local bar/restaurant. Also specialist Corsican food shop from which you can order daily baguettes and croissants. Unfortunately small grocery shop up the road was closed while we were there (late September) as also was a recommended bar/restaurant. Lovely local walks from village - to Santa Antonino/Aregno, or to Monticello. Easy driving access to L'Ile-Rousse (then walk out to lighthouse) and Calvi. Another day out - drive to Calenzana and walk over ridge into Bonifato valley. Unfortunately the week we were here it was too windy for swimming. Be aware that a returnable deposit is required - we found it easiest to pay via HomeAway beforehand rather than cash on arrival. A place we would return to.

Location agréable mais très bruyante

Petite maison avec terrasses agréable. Malheureusement elle donne sur l unique route du village et par conséquent extrêmement bruyante de 5h du matin à minuit (chiens voitures motos camionnettes et camions poubelles à 5h du matin 10 metres au-dessus de la maison) Par ailleurs attention 1 seule chambre.

Sehr schön und toller Blic, aber etwas lauter Verkehr.

Sehr schöne Lage überhalb von Ile Rousse mit Blick von der Terasse und den Zimmern über den Hafen und das Mittelmeer. Sehr hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit modernem Bad. Nettes kleines Dorf mit gemütlicher Dorfkneipe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Aktivitäten aller Art. Einziger Schönheitsfehler: direkt unter dem Schlafzimmer ist ein Speed-Bump, so dass alle Fahrzeuge dort erst bremsen und wieder beschleunigen müssen, was v.a. In den frühen Morgenstunden lästig ist.

Geräumige Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Zwar ist das Haus schon älteres Symester,aber die Einrichtung,besonders Küche und Bad sind sehr ansprechend.Auch der Balkon(Blick aufs Meer) und die Terasse laden zum Faulenzen und Geniesen ein.Kleiner Nachteil ist doch die Entfernung zu Meer.Doch für uns kein Problem, da wir eh mit unseren Hund mit dem Auto zum Baden nach Algajola fahren mussten.Die beauftragte Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt.Die Kaution musste ich nach der 4 Wochenfrist nochmals per Mail einfordern.Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen.

Petit havre de paix

Location très agréable, ou on se sent comme chez soi; tout y est prévue pour notre confort. Location entre mer et montagnes, avec une terrasse ouverte vers la mer à perte de vue. Gite décorée avec très bon goût, très bien équipée. Point des départs vers Pigna, San Antonino, Corbara et son couvent. Chaleureux accueil pour nous et notre petit chien!

Appartement charmant et authentique

Avec sa vue splendide sur le petit port de l'Ile Rousse, l'appartement du "Figuier" possède tout le nécessaire pour offrir aux occupants un bon séjour. Non loin de toutes les commodités, le petit village propose de petits commerces de proximité et des artisans fort sympathiques. En résumé, une adresse à conserver pour rayonner sur toute la Balagne.

Jolie petite maison de village!

La maison est agréable, décorée avec goût et une bonne base de départ pour visiter cette magnifique région qu´est la Balagne.Notre préférée pour tout dire, nous qui venons tout droit du grand nord(Suède)! Même Simba notre grand léonberg a apprécié les longues siestes sous le figuier!Tout petit bémol qui n´enlève rien au cadre, le dos d´ane situé devant l´entrée qui peut génerer de la nuisance sonore car l´endroit est passager. Cela dit merci a Véronique et Christian pour leur accueil sympathique et a Mme Sanquer pour les attentions ( vin et miel!!)

Eine hübsch gelegene Fereinwohnung mitten im Dorf mit täglichen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und einer guten Ausgangslage zu den Dörfern der Balagne und den wunderbaren Stränden! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einwandfrei, die Aussicht unvergleichlich, die beauftragten Kontaktpersonen vor Ort sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Très agréable mais ...

La location est en tout point conforme à l'annonce et aux photos: très joliment décorée, très bien équipée, bien entretenue et assez riche en livres, jeux, documentations touristiques. Ce n'est pas à proprement parler une maison mais un appartement en Rdc avec jardin au sein d'un immeuble traditionnel mais nous n'avons vu personne à l'étage au-dessus pendant les 2 semaines. Les personnes qui s'occupent de la location sont tout à fait avenantes. Le seul souci pour nous a été la proximité de la route qui bien que petite dessert néanmoins tout le haut du village et est donc assez empruntée et malheureusement un dos d'âne est placé juste devant le jardin ce qui crée du bruit. Ceci n'est pas nuisible si l'on ferme porte et fenêtres mais quand il fait chaud c'est un peu dommage ... J'ai été étonnée que ceci n'est jamais été mentionné dans aucun avis jusqu'ici. Donc si un peu de bruit de moteur qui freine et redémarre ne vous gêne pas, tout le reste est vraiment très agréable.

TOUT EST POUR SATISFAIRE LE LOCATAIRE.DE LA SALLE DE BAIN TRÈS BIEN CONÇUE EN PASSANT PAR LA CUISINE TRÈS BIEN AMÉNAGÉE AVEC DES APPAREILS DE MARQUE QUI FONCTIONNE TRÈS BIEN,UNE CHAMBRE SPACIEUSE.UNE SALLE A MANGER FONCTIONNELLE. ET MALHEUREUSEMENT LA JE TROUVE QU'IL FAILLE METTRE 3 PERSONNES DANS CELLE-CI AVEC UN LIT DE 90 ET UN CANAPÉ CONVERTIBLE, IL FAUT ETRE EN FAMILLE, SINON IL N'Y A PAS D'INTIMITÉ ET UNE FOIS QUE TOUT LE MONDE COUCHE IL N'EST PLUS POSSIBLE DE BOUGER.IL VAUT MIEUX CONCEVOIR CETTE LOCATION POUR 3 PERSONNES CE SERAIT PLUS RAISONNABLE. Maison très agréable, très bien rénovée en partie, très bien décorée partout. La cuisine est très bien fournie, tout y est, de la centrifugeuse à la NEspresso. Terrasse au pied du figuier très appréciée !

C'était notre 6ième séjour en Corse mais la prémière fois en Balagne, grand coup de coeur pour la région et l'acceuil dans cette charmante petite maison, aménagée avec soin et du goût, rien ne manque. Joli village avec tous commerces à proximité, pas loin d'Île Rousse, Calvi et leurs plages. Belles proménades à faire, soit sur les sentiers douaniérs qui longent la côte ou aux pitorèsques villages alentours, bref nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Merci à la famille Sanquer et à Marie pour son acceuil !

vue superbe dans un coin de parardis

Nous avons trouvé cette maison plein de charme, décorée à souhait avec une vue à couper le souffle !! Vous dominez la baie de l’ile rousse et la vue sur la montagne est grandiose ! Vous allez vous baigner à l’Ile Rousse en quelques minutes, vous faites du shopping tout à côté car la plage est dans la ville ! Vous partez en ballade à pied de la maison vers les villages de Pigna, , corbara, monticello ou San antonino….UN PLAISIR… Dans ce joli village vous avez aussi tous les commerces pour vous servir y compris des restaurants, bars etc.. Le soleil est toujours présent et s’il est trop fort vous pouvez vous reposer à l’ombre du cerisier ou du figuier dans le jardin… Que du bonheur ! 15 jours c’était trop court pour découvrir les trésors de la Balagne. C’est sûr, nous reviendrons, merci aux propriétaires pour leur conseils et leur écoute.

Magnifique lieu plein de charme

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Santa Reparata, très sincèrement merci, la maison est pleine de charme, magnifiquement bien située et vraiment très bien équipée. Je la recommande vivement, la propriétaire, très sympathique, est au petit soin même à distance et se soucie du bien être de ses locataires. Le village est superbe. Seul petit regret, mais nous ne pouvons en vouloir aux propriétaires (c'est pourquoi je laisse les 5 étoiles), les terrasses aux moments des repas sont à l'ombre toute la journée en octobre, le soleil est caché derrière les maisons ou la montagne. Les températures quasiment estivales nous on fait oublié les saisons ...
