Surroundings
Situated in a stunning location directly behind the dune, this typical Fischland holiday home with ten units is located just about 50 metres from the white Baltic Sea beach. A small side street ensures peace and relaxation away from the main road. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and numerous art galleries in the town centre are all within easy walking distance. A special highlight is the fish market on the river, where freshly caught fish is sold straight from the boat—provided the wind is blowing at less than three knots.

Holiday Rental
With 25 m² of living space, this cosy one-room apartment is located near the beach and furnished in bright, friendly colours that complement the surroundings.

Living Area & Bedroom
Compact and thoughtfully designed, the combined living and sleeping area brings all functions together on one level: a double bed, a small seating area, a dining table by floor-to-ceiling windows, and a practical mini-kitchen. Direct access to the terrace further enhances the open, airy feel of the living space.

Bathroom
The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Outdoor area
The apartment includes a small, west-facing sun terrace with a view of the dunes. The sound of the sea and atmospheric sunsets create a particularly relaxing holiday atmosphere here. A parking space is also available.

Sauna
The building features a shared sauna operated by a coin-operated system (1 token = 90 minutes, available at the Meerfischland office, 5 EUR).

Accessibility
Access to the building is via a single step. Inside the apartment, everything is on one level. The bathroom has a shower with a shower pan.

And the town centre, with its many cafés, restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, fish shops, and the supermarket, is just a stone’s throw away on foot. It’s the perfect holiday complex for leaving your car behind and exploring all the sights on foot or by bike.

To the holiday complex
There are a total of ten holiday apartments in the complex, all with thatched roofs. Although similarly equipped, the cosy holiday apartments vary in size, capacity, and whether they feature a terrace or balcony with a garden view or the popular ocean view. Inside the building itself, there is a communal sauna with a relaxation room, offering a soothing break from a long walk on the beach—especially during the colder months. Strandhaus Claassen captivates with its traditional Darß-style architecture; just the sight of it radiates the joy of holiday. A stone wall runs around the property, blending harmoniously with the beachfront surroundings. Incidentally, all ten holiday apartments have one thing in common: the melodious sounds made by the sea and the seabirds. It’s the perfect place to unwind from everyday life, enjoy the view of the sea, and let your mind wander.
