We look forward to welcoming you to our bright and comfortably furnished two-room apartment in Building B. This 4-DTV-star-certified oasis of relaxation spans a generous 41 m² and is located on the ground floor.
The living and dining area exudes cosiness and invites you to linger. Here you’ll find modern furnishings that offer the highest level of comfort. The full-sized bedroom is not only a retreat for restful nights but also a place where you can store your travel wardrobe in the spacious closet.
The apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, but also offers enough space for up to 4 people. The cosy sofa set in the living area can be converted into a comfortable double bed in no time at all—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Entertainment is guaranteed with the Blu-ray player in the living room and the second flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
The sheltered south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxed breakfasts and offers a stunning view of Lake Balmer. Here, you can enjoy the sun, which shines throughout the day, and the unspoiled nature along the Achterwasser.
The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. In the exclusive bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower as well as other amenities such as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to ensure your well-being.
