"Söt Mine" Beach House – A Stylish Retreat on the Baltic Sea for Up to 7 People

The Beach House “Söt Mine” is a modern, light-filled wooden holiday home for up to 7 people, combining Scandinavian design with a warm, natural living atmosphere. The eco-friendly wooden construction ensures a pleasantly cosy indoor climate and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the open-concept living and dining area—featuring a cosy seating area, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen—forms the heart of the house. Here you can cook, eat, and relax together. From there, you have direct access to the spacious and sheltered terrace—ideal for outdoor meals or a relaxing end to the day watching the sunset over Lake Kölpinsee. The fireplace also creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere in the house, especially on cooler days.
The attic features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the Kölpinsee. The third sleeping area features a cosy double bed in a sleeping alcove on the open loft. An additional sleeping space is available in the form of a fold-out sleeper chair on the loft.
The house features a modern shower room as well as a separate guest bathroom. The bathroom also features a Finnish sauna for 3 to 4 people—perfect for relaxing after an active day of holiday. A washing machine is also provided.
