Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu gehen und auch bis zur Seebrücke und den Lokalen und Geschäften ist es nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Sofa so in die Jahre gekommen, dass von Gemütlichkeit keine Rede mehr sein kann. Optisch ist es noch gut, aber komplett durchgelesen.
Die Tiefgarage mit ihren Räumlichkeiten eingeschränkten Boxen war für uns ein KO Kriterium. Bei Tagespreise von 21 Euro auf öffentlichen Stellplätzen in der Nähe verteuert sich der Urlaub dann unnötig.
Bansin bzw Usedom ist aber immer wieder eine Reise wert.
