Your cosy home away from home:
Discover your very own personal retreat in our charming two-room apartment, nestled in the unspoiled nature of Balmer Lake. With its spacious 43 m², this inviting and modern retreat accommodates two to four guests.
From the cosy living room, step right out onto the balcony and let your gaze wander over the picturesque Achterwasser. The high-quality, pull-out leather couch and a comfortable armchair invite you to linger and relax. A dining table separates the living area from the fully equipped open kitchen, where you can prepare your meals with ease.
The bedroom features a cosy double bed and a spacious closet—your personal retreat for restful nights. The modern bathroom, featuring underfloor heating, boasts a spacious shower that perfectly rounds out your relaxation.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Immerse yourself in our 150-square-meter wellness oasis on the ground floor. Three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area are at your disposal. Free access allows you to enjoy pure comfort without having to leave the building in your dressing gown.

Convenient amenities:
For the valued guests of the Residenz am Balmer See, we offer an exclusive opportunity to reserve a beach chair, including a parking spot in Heringsdorf, in advance (subject to availability and for a fee). In addition, a parking space in the underground garage is available to you free of charge.
Feel free to use our free Wi-Fi connection throughout the building. Please note that due to the island’s unique conditions, Wi-Fi quality may vary.
To ensure a stress-free start to your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and a starter supply of towels will be provided.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen entspannten Kurz-Urlaub außerhalb der Hochsaison; spontan ein super Angebot genutzt. Mindestens Fahrräder, wenn kein Pkw vorhanden, sind notwendig, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weit entfernt sind, wenn man nicht alles vorab mitbringen möchte. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr begrenzt. Man kann aber auch fast überall Fahrräder oder E-Bikes leihen. Auch das Steakhouse gibt es nicht mehr und das Italienische? Restaurant (Pizza) ist Tage vorher ausgebucht; Bestellung - Abholung war hier spontan auch nicht möglich. Man kann im teuren Golfhotel essen und hier auch Brötchen für Frühstück bestellen/abholen. Es gibt aber im Umkreis andere gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen-Gehen, z.B. den "Nepperminer Fischpalast" in Benz. Die Liegewiese mit Strandkörben und Liegestühlen direkt am See ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und wenn man sauniert nur ein Sprung entfernt von der Sauna. Wir haben verschiedene schöne Ausflüge unternommen, u. a. nach Bansin und das Sonnenwetter an dem weiten Strand genießen können. Alles in Allem sehr erholsam und die Insel ist einfach auch landschaftlich sehr schön, auch im Hinterland.

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings sehr weit weg vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, hier muss man mobil sein. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung einige Restaurants aber die kann man an einer Hand abzählen , aber alle sehr zu empfehlen und immer in der Hochsaison einen Tisch vorab reservieren.
