Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zur UBB (Usedomer Bäder Bahn) liegt, mit der man über die Usedomcard (Kurtaxe) kostenlos fahren kann. Wir haben sie täglich genutzt. Ebenso ist die Tiefgarage prima. Auto bei Ankuft abgestellt und erst zur Abreise wieder benötigt. Auch der Service ist toll: Als wir ankamen lief noch die Spülmaschine in der Küche. Dabei ist Schaum ausgetreten. Nach Anruf kam innerhalb einer Stunde ein Service-Techniker der das Problem klären konnte. Und das am Ostermontag! Respekt! Es war tatsächlich alles in Ordnung, die Renigungskraft hat vermutlich Spülmittel verwendet was zu stark schäumte. Ingesamt ein toller Aufenthalt - Gerne wieder!

Grundsätzlich eine super Wohnung. Wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden. Etwas schockiert waren wir, dass sie DIREKT an den Bahngleisen liegt. Man hört die Züge, aber es ist ok. Die Wohnung ist modern und hell. Schönes Badezimmer und großer Balkon. Alle Zimmer können super abgedunkelt werde, da entweder Außenrollos vorhanden sind, oder Verdunkelungsrollos. Kleine Kritikpunkte wären für uns folgende gewesen: der Fernseher ist seeeehr alt. Im Hintergrund schimmert der Videotext immer durch und alles hat einen Grünstich. Das Besteck war bunt gemischt und zu wenig Messer. Insgesamt war das Mobiliar sehr billig. Wir würden diese Wohnung trotzdem immer wieder buchen!
