Die Wohnung hat mit 44 Quadratmetern und separatem Schlafraum eine gute Größe für 2 Personen. Sie ..

Die Wohnung hat mit 44 Quadratmetern und separatem Schlafraum eine gute Größe für 2 Personen. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss nach hinten raus zum Buchenwald und hat eine Sonnenterrasse mit kleiner Wiese drumherum. Die großen Fenster und die Terassentür sind abschließbar. Die offene Küche hat alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Im kleinen Wohnzimmer steht ein großes Sofa und ein riesiger Sessel. Der Fernseher ist an der Wand angebracht und hängt zu hoch. Es gibt kostenloses W-Lan, Schlüssel muss erfragt werden. Das Schlafzimmer hat breite separate Betten mit guten Matratzen für einen angenehmen Schlaf. In einer Schubladenkommode lässt sich viel unterbringen. Auch hier gibt es Vorhänge, die nicht wirklich verdunkeln. Im Bad ist die Dusche ebenerdig mit einem kleinen Rand, der ein Auslaufen verhindert. Die Abmauerung hinter dem WC und unterhalb des Spiegels lässt sich gut als Ablage verwenden. Es fehlt ein Rasier- und Kosmetikspiegel mit Vergrößerung. Im Haus gibt es eine Tiefgarage, die Wohnung hat dort einen Stellplatz (moderate 8 € pro Tag). Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Vor dem Eingang zum Haus ist eine Stufe in einer Höhe, die Rollstuhlfahrer nicht überwinden. Von der Tiefgarage zum Treppenhaus und Fahrstuhl gibt es eine noch höhere Stufe und einen kleinen Zwischenraum mit schwerer Brandschutztür.
