Family Vacation Rental—With a Garden and Playground

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family at this peaceful holiday rental, which features a large garden perfect for guests of all ages.

The “Leuchtturm” holiday rental is a duplex (ground floor and ground floor) with direct access to the garden, which is available to all guests. The holiday rental features a bedroom, a children’s room, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The large bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a fixed cot, while the children’s room has a bunk bed (2 beds, each 90x200 cm; suitable only for children 6 years and older). The playroom also has plenty of toys for children. In the kitchen, you’ll find a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave—everything you need for cooking and breakfast. The living room is perfect for relaxing—parents can sit back on the sofa with a chaise longue while the children play with the toys provided.

The large garden, complete with lounge chairs, dining areas, and a sandpit, is freely available to all guests. Spend a relaxing evening in the garden with a glass of wine and a good book, or watch Netflix on the TV in the cosy living room. Meanwhile, the children can play in the sandpit or play ball in the garden. Books and board games are also available for you to use in the holiday rental.

There are two free parking spaces available on the property for each holiday rental. Bedding and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The famous “Naschkatze” café and the natural harbour on the Achterwasser with its great restaurant are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area offers many bike paths, such as the one leading to Zinnowitz Beach. You can also lock your bikes in a bike carport on the property. We recommend having a car while you’re here, as there are no nearby shopping options in town.
