Renovated Family Home Valériane – Close to Beaches and Nature

We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between ocean, forest, and bay.



Nestled in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-storey 110 m² house is located at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and Arcachon Bay.



The house features a bright living room with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus an extra folding bed suitable for a child or teenager. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet.



Outside, enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden, a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, hammock, and charcoal barbecue. A private driveway allows parking for several cars.



Included services: bath and beach towels, high chair, travel cot, baby lounger, booster seat.



Nearby: Grand Crohot beach (10 min by car), Arès and Lège-Cap-Ferret nature reserve (1 km), cycle path 300 m away, oyster villages (Arès 4 km, Andernos 10 km). Local shops within walking distance, supermarkets 5 min by car.

Wir hatten in diesem schönen und sehr großen Haus eine tolle Zeit. Auch die Terrasse war wunderbar!! Bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad, war es im Haus herrlich kühl.Wir empfehlen den Strand Truc Vert: nahes Parken am Strand und Holzplanken über die Dünen und dann herrliche , bewachte, Wellenbäder.Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und geben 10 von 10 Punkten!
