Rent in Piraillan near the CAP FERRET appt of 90 m2 on one level in the pines, quiet ideally located on the edge of the conservatory park of the coast Piraillan 50m from the basin, 1km from the ocean.
Enclosed garden and shaded. Possibility to park car and bicycles.
Southwest orientation.
Appt offering great benefits: neat decor, very large terrace with barbecue, pleasant environment.
All comfort and independence: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, barbecue, big screen TV ... 2 independent rooms with a bed of 140 in each + one with 2 bunk beds.
Possibility of loan of beds and high chairs

200m bike path leading to the ocean through the forest.
Between the calm of the Bassin, and the ocean with large beaches and famous waves (surfing, kite, stand up paddle ....)

Market and shops at 200m feasible on foot.
