This light-filled holiday home offers approximately 97 m² of space for up to 4 people and has been modernised with great attention to detail. It combines high-quality comfort with Nordic cosiness. Warm colours, natural materials, and thoughtfully chosen design accents create a temporary home that immediately invites you to unwind. The private garden (unfenced) with a furnished patio, sun loungers, and a grill offers the perfect setting for beautiful days outdoors.

The living area in the holiday home is generously sized. A TV nook (with a smart TV and Wi-Fi) featuring a sofa, as well as a dining area adjacent to the open kitchen, form the heart of the house. In the sunroom, a new Finnish sauna, lounge chairs, books, and another cosy sofa await our guests.

The open and fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, classic filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a Nespresso machine (capsules), and a washer-dryer, is ideal for holidaymakers who want to treat themselves.

There are two bedrooms in the house. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) as well as a small TV. Both bedrooms have storage space for clothing.

The small bathroom has been modernised and features a bathtub-shower combination.

Since this is an older Danish-style holiday home, the house is equipped with electric/infrared radiators. Electricity consumption is billed at 0.40 euros/kWh, with a deposit of 150.00 euros (deposit payable upon booking). In the living area, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth year-round. During the off-season and shoulder season, we offer our guests a complimentary starter set of firewood for the stove, which will be ready upon arrival. This way, you can enjoy cosy evenings with a crackling fire, warm light, and plenty of that “Förde” feeling right from the start.

Four-legged friends are always welcome here! VITA Sonnholm offers plenty of opportunities for walks right on our doorstep—whether at the dog beach, in the Langballigau Nature Reserve, or through the beautiful Angeln countryside—every walk is a wonderful experience here. Unfortunately, the garden is not completely fenced in.
